Throughout the EIS process, we have kept you, the community, informed via this website.
The first major public involvement opportunity was scoping in January and February
2009. Now, we are asking for your involvement in the public review of the Draft
EIS.
The public meetings for the Draft EIS use an open house format to allow for more
informal interaction between Department of the Navy representatives and the public.
Displays throughout the meeting area depict the NEPA process, Proposed Action, alternatives,
and environmental consequences.
During the public review period, the public can provide input in various ways:
- Fill out a comment sheet at either of the public meetings.
- Submit comments online at:
www.usmcJSFwest.com, or
- Submit written comments by July 6, 2010 to the address provided below:
